APPLE MUSIC: Can log into Apple Music, but cant play music (Family)

I cannot get into Apple Music. I can log into Apple with ID and PW, but then cant see any playlists. Ironically, I am the organizer. I cannot get into another account (kid's music) either. My husband can get into his account. Obvi, this is frustrating. I have restarted phone, restarted computer non Mac (with account with kid tunes), etc. Looks like others have this issue. How can I solve this without going nuts. I CAN get into music on my Mac.
