Organizers should have all control of their family

blocking organizers from removing children under 13. not being able to remove them could create unsafe situations for others. Like if a partner was being abused, and needed to leave a child account could be tracked. many other reasons can come up. child can't remove themselves but organizers should be able to.

If the leaving partner is the family organizer, then they can remove anybody else from the family group including the abusive partner. Remove them instead of the child, and they would no longer be able to track the child's device.

If they are not the Organizer and the abusive partner is, and the leaving partner has physical access to the child's device, they can turn off location sharing from within the child's device directly.

When they have the time, the leaving partner can create a new family group and a new Apple ID for the child and sign it into their devices, removing the other child Apple ID.

Making a child's apple id removable from family sharing can lead to other dangerous situations.
