My iPhone alarm sounds the default ringtone instead of the saved song

Every night I will set my alarms for the morning, including what song I want to wake up to. It’s never been a problem until I got my iPhone 15 but now no matter that song I pick it what setting I change I always get the default noise. I own the songs, they’re downloaded, I’m saving my settings. Apple, what’s wrong?

Thanks but I know how to work my phone and the apps on it. This is an obvious malfunction with the application since the commands are set.
