I’m putting together a digital planner creating the png pages in Canva initially & then importing them to Keynotes. The file will be compiled into keynotes and then exported to pdf for use in Goodnotes.
I want to include some accounts pages but wondered if any maths functionality I set in Keynotes would remain when I export to pdf?

PDF is generally static - whatever was on the slide when you exported is what you're going to see in the PDF.
If you have tables or other dynamic content, the PDF will contain whatever values it had when the presentation was exported, but it won't update with new/real-time data.
