What next after changing existing child password successfully, entered 2FA SMS, erased device ask “enable parent setting..?

What is erased iPad asking me as Organiser to do after I did following in iPhone logged in as Organiser?

  1. reset child password
  2. login
  3. entered SMS code
  4. ipad message shows “Ask your family organiser to enable your parent/guardian setting in Family settings”?
