Why is Siri in Portuguese not available on HomePod mini?

I would like to understand why Siri in Portuguese is still not available on the HomePod mini. I have been using the HomePod mini and noticed that Siri only works in other languages like English and Spanish. Is there any timeline or plan from Apple to include support for Portuguese on the HomePod mini? It would be extremely useful for millions of Portuguese-speaking users.
