No apple tv code after twitch sub
I’m in the UK, paid for a gift sub to my favourite content creator, but I haven’t been sent the AppleTV offer code.
I'm not sure what I’ve done wrong as I believe I am eligible.

After your purchase, a code is sent to your Twitch notifications inbox and will be available on the Drops & Rewards Inventory page for redemption on an Apple TV+ redemption site.
Look for the code on your account page for the Twitch website; no email is send, if that is what you expected.
The code is redeemable for anyone not currently subscribed to Apple TV+ (new and qualified returning users), wherever it’s available.
Eligible subs include:
* New monthly subs (any tier)
* Multi-month subs (3-month, 6-month)
* Gift subs (any tier for any number of months)
An Apple ID account will be needed, with a valid linked payment method, for Twitch to link this offer to.
