Find my app question

Hi, I’m looking to find out why the my find app shows a “Live” location for my fiancée who’s in the same room as me and a “now” location or just shows a continuous loading icon when he tries to find my location on the find my app.

Another example is I have 4 other people attached to my find my app. All of them are several to hundreds of miles away. But when I click on them to show me their location it takes approx. seconds for it to find them and go live. My fiance however, when I click on their names it will do the continuous loading symbol or go immediately to the “now” location. Once in a blue moon does it go right to “Live” but doesn’t stay that way long before going back to “now”. This is extremely furstating. Can anyone help me find out what is causing this. I think I’ve tried everything on both our phones but nothing seems to work. I have an iPhone 15 and she has an iPhone 14. Both are updated to most current operating system.
