my phone wont allow me to make or receive calls

i came back from paris 2 weeks ago i get very lucky if my phone makes or recieves a call and i dont understand why, my roaming is now off and i still have valid credit.

IOS 18.3 can no longer make or receive calls I have an iPhone 15 Pro, and since updating to IOS 18.3, my husband and I can no longer make or receive calls. I’ve completely lost faith now, and I don’t think I could have another iPhone after this. A phone that can’t make or receive calls is utterly embarrassing. Apple don’t seem to be pushing to resolve it either! I’m going to have to buy a burner phone for phone calls until this useless thing is paid up and I can move over to Android.

iPhone won't receive or make calls from Europe hello, can anybody advise me why my phone won’t allow me to make or receive calls when I’m traveling in Europe? My provider is Virgin Mobile and they have been unable to help me with the settings I gave. many thanks [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Change you time zone and location and make sure that date is correct.

Try going to Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset>Reset Network Settings.
