Pages crashed on my iPhone 7 Plus

iPhone 7+, iOS 15.8.3 (updated on or about 07/31/24), using 66.5 GB of 128 GB storage, Bought iPhone in 2018, Replaced battery in late 2020 or so, battery now holds charge for about 3 to 4 hours and should be replaced soon.

Starting on about 07/31/24 Pages Document was hard to Open. Checked for Updates and Updated to iOS 15.8.3. Now Pages Document crashes when attempting to Open.

Late on 08/01/24 noticed that Numbers was also hard to Open and crashes when attempting to Open. Managed to enter data on two different Numbers documents late that night.

Today Pages Document still Crashes when attempting to Open and cannot be opened. Numbers very hard to Open.

Message on screen;

"Content Unavailable"

"The folder content could not be displayed because of an unknown error."

"Try Again"

Is the issue with the Update?

Is the issue with the available Memory?

Is the issue with the Battery?

Is the issue with the iPhone itself?
