why wont boot camp assistant open up

i have a 15 inch macbook air, m3 chip 16 gb (sorry if im rambling idk whats important to know or not) and uh so i wanna play genshin impact but its not supported on anything on my mac so i try to see what i can do with my boot camp assistant thingy bc a website tells me through that i can download windows and get genshin impact there right?? it wont open. what am i supposed to do ab that like seriously buddy i got this laptop this yr and i cant even play a new game HOW DO I OPEN BOOT CAMP ASSISTANT?? 😢😢😢
