What are the complete instructions for family sharing purchased movies accessed through Apple TV

There are plenty of instructions for Family sharing on Apple devices, but these instructions are incomplete when it comes to movies purchased in iTunes but are now housed in Apple TV Library. How do you access movies are being shared?

I created a family share. The other person accepted. I enabled purchase share. I enabled Apple TV share. No content aka movies show up in the App TV app on their iPad.

There are some vague references with no pictures and limited instruction information about clicking on the face icon in Their Apple TV to access account settings and doing something with family sharing.

I find nothing more than a link to family share settings in the Apple TV app. How do you actually get movie purchases to show up in the library? are these shared movies found someplace else?
