Why cannot child email address be added to Password Shared Group?

Unable to invite Child

Child does not have a device that can join the group. Shared Passwords require macOS 14, iOS 17 or iPadOS 17, or later.

This child is actually myself on another device which I prefer to use when I need larger screen size but unfortunately has less security (lack Face ID). I have to use different Apple ID due to security concerns and also website login probably due to presence of some Apps in my original device..
