Lost Apple Music access due to family plan switch
My Dad pays a family plan but had the one I was using setup incorrectly on a random email he didn’t want. He wanted his wife on the family and to only be paying one family subscription. So he swapped over to an email he wanted and is now paying just one family plan. Issue is I’ve lost Apple Music access. He took all necessary steps we believe to ensure the swap over was seem less. I’m really gutted because I’ve lost all of my music!
