Apple music not playing full library or playlist

After ITunes broke years ago to the point it doesn't function I swapped to Apple Music Preview only to realize the shuffle mechanic doesn't play the full library or playlist even after they dropped the "Preview". On the app or in browser if you don't scroll down through each section and "load" the library you get the first 20-30 songs on loop no matter what I do and after scrolling to the bottom it drags you to the top so doing so is a monotonous completely annoying task. Is there any fix for this?
