Private Relay Issues on iPhone 13 Pro Max

Hi everyone, I've encountered an issue with Private Relay on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Today, I received a notification stating that Private Relay is currently unavailable and will be available tomorrow.  Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? 

I'd also appreciate it if Apple could provide a clear explanation of what's going on. It would be helpful to know if this is a widespread issue and what steps are being taken to resolve it.
