Unlink work iphone from family sharing notifications
I created my children’s iPhone accounts and it linked notifications to my Work iPhone number. How can I modify the existing children accounts to notify my personal iPhone?

I don't think it is possible to select which devices do an do not get Ask To Buy notifications.
