How to fix Apple Music stuck on loading?

I've tried reinstalling the app a few times and every time I install the app, it get stuck here. Nothing loads, the wheel spins forever. I've tried resetting my media folder location and it doesn't update. The app is unusable at all. I can use the web player through the browser, but the app is useless.
