I have been unable to unlock my Apple ID account
My primary account has been locked for security reasons (resulting in being locked out of key devices and Apple software). Somehow the pw got changed and / or I can’t remember the password?
Apple message support hasn’t helped after sending ‘How to reset password” and “verifying ID” articles outlining their SOP procedure for resetting passwords. However, I can not receive codes to verify my identity when sent to my primary iPhone because it is locked as well (and I can not access mail). This results in a loop
where I’m directed back to the entry point to start this procedure over.
I would appreciate if anyone can come up with a solution to this conundrum. Many thanks. 🙏🏻
