Apple Music on Windows--library on external hard drive

I currently have my iTunes music, etc, on an external hard drive. That hard drive may be starting to fade, and I've copied my library to a new hard drive. What do I need to do in the Apple Music app (or Windows settings) to make sure everything works aside from making sure the media folder is the one on the new hard drive?
