iPod touch and iTunes on an iMac2013/14 to Cloud

hello, you are talking to someone who is really a dinosaur when it comes to IT. I learned to touch type on an electric typewriter which was state of the art in its day - showing my age. anyway, I have an iPod touch and iMac (dated 2-13/15. the iPod Touch is literally dying, no battery charge for any length of time but I absolutely love it. I want to transfer all my iTunes library, podcasts and audio books that are on the iPod touch and my iMac iTunes account to Cloud. two questions - is that possible and then what device do I use to easily access it. I have a MacBook iPad mini and an iPhone.
