My homepod mini stops if I increase volume after a certain limit..Huuge Problem..

Normally if I increase the volume pf my Homepod to a volume more than 60-70%, suddenly it mutes. I always have to reconnect it again after annoying 3-4 minutes. It happens whenever I increase it to these levels or there is a beat coming. I have reset it several times, updated it via my laptop, tried all but all in vain. Feels I have a bad product or what.. I love the voice quality the bass..but it is annoying… and is pushing me to sell this..please advise if anyone has a solution to this. Thanks
