i cant use the new backgroud feuttures on face time or any apps with video, also i cant find my external camera qhen i use imovie

i start imovie and qhen i try to record with the external camera onley apper the hd integrated camera on my mac and i need to use the external camera,

and when i try to use the new backgroud feutre on face time or another app its not apear the option on the little icon of the tob of the bar

if some one can help me i apriciated a lot thanks
