Why is my daughter's Screen Time not updating?
I have 3 family members in the family annd my daughter screen time is set but for the past week, I cannot see any Update. When I go to Family, under her name, there is a red (!) next to her name. When I click, it says “Screen time for … has not been available for 7 days. Make sure the device is connected to the internet and signed into iCloud with Apple ID”. Of course, her device is connected to internet and is signed in to iCloud, after resetting, turn off and off, the error still occurs. Any advice?
strangely, I can see her screen time of my daughter on my iPad but why can’t I see it on my iPhone?
