Ted Lasso Not Playing

I've signed out. Signed in. Reset App. Reset my Fire TV. Reset my Fire TV remote.

I can watch several other shows, but I cannot get Ted Lasso episodes to play. I can see them..I can change from Season to Season and browse the episodes. But it loops from seeing the episode, engaging the remote to play it, and then 'Go to Show" which our me back on the episodes page.

Same thing for Franklin.

Others, however, load and play like Presumed Innocent and Dark Matter

Is this regarding an external Fire TV streaming device, or a TV set powered by Fire OS?

See if there are software updates available for your device. Install when offered.

Try a cold restart, or restart through software settings. I.e. different from standby-wake.

If the issue persists, try to delete and re-install the Apple TV app. Then try again.

If the issue persists after that, please contact Apple Support.
