iMovie 10.4.1 Issue - Ken Burns Sizing Bug

With the latest update from 10.4 to 10.4.1 I have an issue where the Ken Burns effect is unusable and sometimes crashes my application.

The clip will create the generic Ken Burns effect, but if I try to adjust the size of the Start and End boxes, it glitches, doesn't drag the boxes and sometimes crashes the app. I have tried multiple different clips. I have uninstalled and reinstalled iMovie. I have even completely deleted my library and the issue still remains.

Running Sonoma 14.5, 14" Macbook pro
