Why is the App Store not showing up on my iPhone?

I’m thirteen and have never freely had the App Store. My mom is now allowing me to! She put in the screen time password so I was able to download apps, but the App Store never popped up! Can someone tell me why? ( also yes, I have restarted my phone, went into the App Library, and dragged it down from the search bar)

App Store won't come back, tried seemingly everything In an attempt to use my phone less I put on screen time passcodes and made it so I wasn't allowed to download apps, but now I'm trying to download an app and I have it set to allow but it still isn't showing up, Ive turned on and off the phone several times, I even tried to reset the Home Screen layout and it doesn't come back. sometimes it pops up for a second then disappears. Also can't be searched if you swipe to the right and attempt to search the App Library. Any other ideas?

Why does the App Store keep disappearing on my son's iPhone? Usually on my sons phone, app downloads are not allowed. When we changed the settings to allow app downloads in the screen time settings, it appeared briefly, even letting me open it, before closing and disappearing again. This happens every time we toggle the setting on and off. It is not in the App Library, and you can not find it when you search. You can actually watch the app disappear from the screen after a few seconds when you change the setting to “allow”. This started after the most recent update, so I am assuming it’s a glitch. App Store Missing My App Store got missing from my IPhone 12 Pro, not to be found in the App Library even everything in the iTunes & App Store Purchases is allow but still can’t find it. Currently I can’t download or update any app. What should i do ?
