App Store missing from child’s phone

I have set up screen time restrictions for my child. Initially, I think I disallowed access to the App Store. I want to allow her to have access to the App Store to download something. When I go to screen time on my phone under her profile to “content & privacy restrictions” and “allowed apps and features” the App Store is not on the list for me to approve.

How do I do it?

Additional info. I also toggled the button in content restrictions: “allow installing apps” and that did not bring back the App Store either.

Same experience.

I want to manage App Store access on my childs devices, and sometimes I have to enable it to update apps. When I allow app store access through the management parental control feature, the app store appear just fine on the iPhone, but on the iPad the icon appear for 2 seconds before it is gone again. How come it work on one device, and not the other is mind buggin.

We use a dedicated Apple ID for my childs devices.

Very buggy experience, and far from the "It just works" that used to be the Apple trademark.
