Is my iPhone hacked ?

My screen time is showing the time of the day and it says I've used my phone for like 17 hours and I think I'm hacked and it says I've spend like 23 hours on settings and I'm pretty sure I haven't

iPhone screen time showing a website I didn't visit So I wanted to know if it was possible for a website that you did NOT search up to show in your screen time. I recently went through someone’s I phone and saw an inappropriate site. When I asked about it they said they were probably hacked because they never went into the website or clicked it ( it was about 40 minutes showing that the site was used) I personally don’t believe it but I wanted input from others that know I phone more than I do. I got this on my screentime I just checked my screen-time on my iPad and I found this on the record of my screen time, but I got no clue what this is can anybody who know tell me what this is, I felt a bit insecure with this strange name.

How can I improve my iPhone security? I see others posts about being hacked of their apple identification and accounts or practically everything personal or important. Chose apple because I thought this was not possible. I had an older model and replaced to a 16 now but the hacking continues. AI may help? Also putting a lock on screen time in settings didn’t stop it. What else can someone do? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

If you’ve been hacked, first thing I would do is:

***Change your password***, sign out all other devices, activate 2FA.

Make your account is secure and if the situation is additionally dire, please seek in person support from an Apple Store. They will help you, but it may be costly.
