Pro is required to access keyboard
When trying to text someone, the message above appears. I have never used an alternate keyboard so don’t know what is going on.

I have solves the problem by erasing all keybords (eng, spanish, ita etc).
then i closed and re opened whatsapp
the key board re papeared
and i re installed the Keyboard languages i need

I'm stumped, have never seen such a problem with Apple's Messages app and no 3rd party keyboards added.
Have you tried a forced restart?

Please tap on the Keyboards 2 > item and tell us what it says there

It can occur with both WhatsApp and email programs such as outlook

it you only see this with 3rd party apps, you need to contact the people who make them
This occurs on both iPads when in gmail. Don’t really know how to contact gmail.
