Error message the network connection was lost apple music

When I'm trying to play music with Apple Music on my phone, I get a pop-up that says "the network connection was lost." Sometimes it also shuffles songs without playing them at all.


It only seems to happen on some Wi-Fi networks, not celluar.


Been so 1-2 weeks now. I've tried restarting my phone, the app, wi-fi setting without any help.
