When I open App Store and click on my profile, it shows if any apps will be soon updated. After the update it show the same apps under "updated recently". But following it used to show when apps were updated in the past - now it does not show it anymore. The "updated recently" is just followed with "sign out".

That changed some time ago.

Since about a week or more, I no longer get any updated information. App Store displays only "Updated Recently". I just came accidentally about it because of the FCP 10.8 videos popping up in YouTube and I didn't get any update information.
If I click on my account name first, it shows the list of all software I ever purchased, but not if it is updated or not. I first must click on each single software item and eventually there it shows if an update is available or not.
But that's of course a no go.
I also have an Intel MBP 16 2019, there it is no issue and everything is shown fine.
The problem is on my MBA 15 M3 with 24 GB RAM and 2 TB SSD.
On my iPhone it’s a recent change.
