Problem with Keynote and using iPhone as a remote

My Keynote stopped responding to my iPhone as remote. I have tried everything: they are on the same wifi, and I have tested this with several wifis; I have enabled iPhone on my Keynote as a remote, but it does not find it.

What can I do to make it work? I give tons of presentations, and this problem has made them really clunky compared to how it was when I could use my iPhone as a remote.

I have the latest MacOS and iOS on my 2M MacBook Air and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
