I was trying to send my sister money and it kept saying I had insufficient funds i restarted my phone then it said apple pay services are unavailable. I was only trying to send 15$. I had 94$ in my account. I turned my apple wallet off and on and i now have 40$. I am not sure where the money went. I checked the transactions there are no new ones I am very confused and don’t know what to do please help.
