Logic crashes every time I try to loop clips with CMD+R since Logic 11 update

Title pretty much says it all. it's really disrupting my workflow as CMD+R is a shortcut virtually second nature at this point and having to option+drag clips each time i want to repeat it is a huge pain. i have deliverables due this week and I need this fixed asap.
