Apple Watch has black screen, hard reset not working

Apple Watch has had black screen for a week now. No amount of hard resets will fix it. Voiceover is off. No settings causing this. According to Apple Support there are no hardware issues causing this. Touchscreen works. I can feel the vibration when I touch screen. Just have zero clue as to what I’m pushing. Any help would be much appreciated.
