Help Needed with Locked Apple ID and Associated Email Account

Hello,

I need assistance with my locked Apple ID. My Apple ID has been locked, and to unlock it, I need access to the email account associated with this Apple ID. Unfortunately, the email account is also inaccessible because it is linked to the same locked Apple ID, creating a catch-22 situation.

I have all the necessary details and proof of ownership, such as the original iPhone 5 box with the IMEI number, which I can provide directly to Apple Support if needed.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue, and if so, how did you resolve it? Any advice or guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

I have already reviewed the instructions for using account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password. Unfortunately, I am encountering a unique issue that creates a catch-22 situation:


My Apple ID is locked, and to unlock it, I need to use the email account associated with this Apple ID.

However, this email account is also inaccessible because it is linked to the same locked Apple ID. Therefore, I cannot receive the verification emails needed to unlock the account.


Could you please provide a different solution or escalate this issue to a higher level of support? Is it possible to delete this account for this device? I need to either unlock my Apple ID or have the account removed so I can create a new one.
