Other people can see and read my messages from social apps. After that, I changed my Apple ID password and disabled access to all family members and shared users, but it didn't help. Is there any solution to this problem?

It sounds like you’re sharing a common AppleID amongst multiple individuals.
If so, STOP.
Each individual needs to have their own unique AppleID.
Make sure that each family member has a unique Apple ID - Apple Support

Not meaning to sound harsh … but the “human” is almost always the weakest link.
As hardware and software security has become increasingly sophisticated and “hardened” …
… targeted phishing has become VERY sophisticated. Some of them appear VERY authentic; even to advanced, security-saavy users.

If you “cut off” an unauthorized device …
… it’s just like simply unplugging them.
Your “stuff” will remain untouched.
That said, you DO need to determine - and correct - how this “someone” obtained your credentials, lest they simply do it again.
