iPhone app tracking

I just contacted Apple and they are aware of this issue, have no fix, and no idea when it will be resolved

This just happened to me today. I tried changing all these settings listed here and nothing works. My Apple ID is set up with my age (and I’m sure as **** not a minor). That photo sequence below by Sravan does not work because the last pic is all greyed out on my phone.

This is happening on about 10 different iPhones between friends and family. All of our settings are fine, we all have age information. These are personal devices, not managed by anyone. This JUST started yesterday and everything worked fine before then. No settings were changed. Apple broke it and they need to acknowledge it is their issue.

This has been reported when age information has not been provided with your Apple ID account. This is due to an increased effort in protecting minors from being tracked. I would suggest contacting Apple directly to get the issue resolved, as you are likely not going to be able to do it on your own, unless it is a screen time restriction that has been suggested.

Did all of that - was already set to “Allow” but all the buttons next to the apps is grayed out.

Still won't allow.

I live in South Korea and the same thing happened to me (iPhone 15, iOS 17.5).

It was ok in the morning (May 16 2004) but I found App Tracking greyed out in the evening.

I tried several solutions found in the blogs but nothing worked.

I also see some Koreans post the same question on the internet.
