How can I fix the extremely low volume issue on Apple Music for LG G3 TV?

I see this problem has been around for a long time and hasn't been fixed. I have an LG OLED65G1 and now a Yamaha RX-6A. I can connect an Apple TV 4k and it seems like Dolby Atmos works at the correct volume (-40dB). Why is it taking so long to fix the music app on LG?

Same here, LG G1 TV, Denon receiver connected with HDMI ARC. Sometimes, when skipping a song in a playlist or replaying a song, the volume "jumps" to normal. Turning Dolby Atmos off in the app settings solves the issue

Just tried it on my LG CX with onkyo avr 7.1.4 setup and had the same problem. I’m really happy that they added Dolby Atmos support, but the music from Apple Music app is too quiet. The volume of my receiver need to by twice as high to get to level of volume of other apps.

Same here, I have a LG tv with Sonos and my apple radio plays loud, sirrus, and amazon music play very good. its when i select a playlist that i created it plays super low where you cant hear anything.

same here. updated today, Apple Music on LG G3 73” with Denon AVR… volume level is above 90 and the sound is still crazy low. There is no way to disable Atmos on the LG setup in this scenario due to HDMI eArc configuration . Roll back the update please until you fix this, please!

I have an LG OLED G2 and it’s doing the same thing with my LG soundbar. Called support and they have no clue. They said some music is recorded lower so I just airplay it and don’t use the app anymore as a work around.

I think this issue affects all LG C/G line owners, maybe orher models as well.

I have the C2 and if dolby atmos is enabled (automatic; off is the only other option) volume is super low, barely acceptable at 100.

We need normal volume for dolby atmos as well. Please fix it.

I’m having the same issue as well on my LG C2 tv.. right after that Update the other day. Volume got very low.. hopefully it gets fixed?

I have the same issue with the Apple app, low volume on the C3 Tv and the SQ95QR soundbar output.

The recommendation to turn off Dolby Atmos via tv settings is not an option… anyone have a fix ???

Turn it off in the Apple Music app itself on the LG TV.
