How much more specific can you get than, "No, that can't happen." It can't happen because carriers have had protections against cloning in effect for almost thirty years. Those protections are quite robust.

What can happen is that someone can get access to your Apple ID, especially if you don't have two-factor authentication enabled. See here:

Did you give your device to someone for an extended period of time and walk away? Did you jailbreak your device?
