I am attempting to turn off my find my phone to get my replacement phone but it will not toggle off

iPhone 5s, iOS 10

Tring to shut of find my to get my replacement and I can’t do it.

From any browser:

Log on using your Apple ID and Password

Select the iPhone 5s

Tap or click Remove This Device
