How to customize my alarm ringtone in iPhone

My alarm can’t play anything but the basic ringtone in my alarm on the updated phone super annoying. Is there a fix?i am fully updated and downloaded music.

Iphone Alarm not playing songs This used to work. The challenge that I am having is when I set the Iphone alarm, it displays a list of songs to choose from when the alarm goes off. I can test and hear the song, however when my alarm goes off it plays the default ringtone. It is not clear to me why when I choose the sounds in the alarm setting it shows a list of songs that I am unable to play. Inconvenient and it seems like a design flaw. Hopefully this can be fixed. Thank you and Please advise.

My iPhone alarm sounds the default ringtone instead of the saved song Every night I will set my alarms for the morning, including what song I want to wake up to. It’s never been a problem until I got my iPhone 15 but now no matter that song I pick it what setting I change I always get the default noise. 1. Open the Clock app on your iPhone.

2. Tap Alarm at the bottom of your screen to edit your alarm sound.

3. Tap Edit at the top right of your screen.

4. Tap the alarm you want to edit to open the "Edit Alarm" screen.

5. Tap the Sound option on the "Edit Alarm" screen.
