Not Receiving Email in the Email App

Issue started after the latest 17.4.1 update. Must be connected to wifi to receive. Never was an issue prior to this update. Have spoken to my wifi provider as well as network provider and the trouble shooting didn’t help and they advised it is an apple problem. Spoke with apple and they weren’t helpful.

If you can't receive email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Cellular data is a phone carrier feature.

We have gone through everything with both providers and apple to ensure everything was set correctly, and it was, and nothing helped. Oddly, when apple signed in to view my phone, the emails came through, and as soon as they signed off my phone, the emails stopped coming in. I have sent the issue through to apple as one person suggested. Hopefully people that experience issues, will send them in to apple as well. If they don’t know, they can’t fix it.
