Mac will not connect to HP printer, but other Apple devices do connect

I'm running Ventura 13.6.6 on an iMac. We set up a new network recently, and had to reboot a few times to get our devices all connected to our HP Envy 7800 printer, but everything was working fine. About a week ago, the iMac stopped connecting to the printer, so we updated to Ventura and tried rebooting several times. The printer does not show up on the network when I try to add it via system settings, and when I enter the address manually, I get an error message that the computer is "unable to communicate with the printer at this time" due to an "error."

Our iPhones, iPad, and Macbook are all connecting to the printer without an issue.

Any advice?
