how to transfer data from iphone to iphone

I need to transfer a large video to my iPhone.

I've taken some videos with my friends and want to transfer about a hundred files (about 80GB in total) to another iPhone.

When I use AirDrop, it always fails.

Later, during the USB transfer process, the device keeps disconnecting or there are issues with reading the files.

Is iPhone file transfer always this unstable?

Is there a stable way to transfer files? Thank you.
