iOS 17.4.1 Update is Stuck

Recently upgraded from the iPhone 11 to an iPhone 15 Pro. Upon turning on the new phone and being prompted to set up iCloud account, iPhone password, a screen came up prompting me to update to the new iOS 17.4.1 There was no option to NOT allow the new update, so I hit "continue". and for hours now the update has been stuck in "preparing update". Not sure why it's doing this. It's a brand new phone. I've restarted several times with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
