I can’t access my saved passwords

I was trying to log in to an app, so I clicked the “saved passwords” pop up on the keyboard, and the keyboard just disappeared.

I then went into settings to try and get the password that way and it just went straight back out. One time I tried it the screen just went gray and it said “settings” and that was it.

I tried powering off my phone, logging out of icloud and back in (which my phone for some reason refuses to do, I tried 5+ times), and nothing has worked so far.

I have restarted my IPhone several times. I cannot access my saved passwords on my IPhone because ID touch authentication is not recognized. I can access them from my computer. When I try to access them or other finger authentication is disabled on my IPhone

Is your iPhone your only Apple device? I guess it must be or you would have indicated if any other Apple device still had access to your passwords. If you have internet access on any other device you could try to log into your iCloud Account and see if that is working properly. Also, if you do have such access it should have your iPhone device in your device listing. If you do have such access and your iPhone is not listed then it may have somehow been signed out of your Apple ID. Have you tried a Reset of your iPhone?
