apple id verification requested the password for a strange email be entered in settings

out of the blue i got a request to input the password for an email i have ZERO association with. i don’t have any idea where this email came from or why my apple id is asking me to input the password in my settings. am i hacked?? (suspicious email is blacked out, no other information on this page is personal, the background is a public facebook video i was watching when it popped up)
