Can't update MS 365 suite

I went to MS AutoUpdate. It shows that I need to update Excel, Outlook, PP, and Word. The automatic "keep Microsoft apps up to date" is checked. But there is no way for me to upgrade them.

The Up-to-date Apps window shows that MS AutoUpdate 4.69 was installed on 03/12/24.And OneDrive was updated 04/08/24.

What am I doing wrong?

Recently, it seems as if my Office 2021 was "upgraded" to Microsoft 365. When I attempt to open Word or Excel I get a prompt telling me I need to register my version. How can I get my Office 2021 back?
